Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely to designated storage areas using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Perform inventory counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license (Class D) and a clean driving record.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
