Responsibilities
- Package Handling: Efficiently sort, inspect, and load/unload packages to ensure accurate delivery schedules.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with team members and customers, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition and workflow continuity.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks to ensure all products meet our high standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Experience: Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid driver’s license or government-issued ID.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
