Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries, complaints, and orders via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds with high accuracy and adherence to company policy.
- Update customer records and order status in the CRM system in real-time.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a secure workplace.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
