Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and handovers.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
