Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily care routines
- Administer prescribed medications under RN supervision
- Respond to patient call lights and emergency situations promptly
- Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and care areas
- Collaborate with day shift staff during handover procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months healthcare or direct patient care experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
