As part of our 24/7 operations, you will be the first line of defense for critical infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery to our global clients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and resolve critical incidents during off-hours.
- Provide tier 2 technical support to internal employees via remote channels.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and patch management on local and networked systems.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand over tickets and ensure continuity.
- Ensure 100% uptime and security compliance during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
