Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all outbound products meet company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
