Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials with precision using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operate packaging machinery and assist in the shipping process.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are essential.
