Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during the night shift to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the day shift team to maintain stock availability.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct nightly safety audits to prevent workplace accidents.
- Train, mentor, and schedule team members to maximize productivity and morale.
- Handle minor equipment troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to maintenance immediately.
- Manage shift handovers and ensure accurate shift logs and timekeeping records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environment.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
