- Perform routine quality control inspections and report defects immediately.

- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Document production data and shift reports accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or technical maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
