Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol assigned premises to prevent security breaches
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents with professional conflict resolution
- Enforce access control procedures and verify visitor credentials
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety hazards
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff during all interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Basic computer skills for report documentation
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
