Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and property.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities, accidents, or security breaches to management immediately.
- Control access points by verifying identification and issuing passes or visitor badges.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations, following established protocols to mitigate risk.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and logs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with crowd control and traffic direction during events or peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Nevada Security License is preferred (training available for qualified candidates).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
