Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone and email during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing issues and critical updates.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related technical field.
