You will manage technical tickets, resolve complex hardware and software issues, and collaborate with our day-shift team to ensure continuity of service. Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server systems and network infrastructure during night hours.
- Resolve incoming technical support tickets and incidents with minimal supervision.
- Perform routine software updates, patches, and security scans.
- Document all issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams during handover periods.
- Ensure 100% uptime and minimal downtime for critical systems.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
