Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for end-users efficiently and accurately.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, concise, and empathetic support via phone, email, and chat to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and other support staff to escalate complex issues and share knowledge.
- Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and support procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems; experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
