We pride ourselves on safety and efficiency. As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, storing, and distributing products to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise in a timely manner.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship orders with high accuracy to minimize errors.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
- Adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
