Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process shipments accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and conveyor belts.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and reduce shrinkage.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
