Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment deadlines
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper labeling of all inventory
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to shift supervisor
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and safety best practices
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid state ID or driver's license for equipment operation certification
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
