Responsibilities
- Execute Packing & Loading: Safely and efficiently pack, label, and load outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan items, verify stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols, wearing required PPE, and reporting any potential hazards immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and within operational guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met to prevent returns and customer complaints.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift crew and supervisors to coordinate workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus; however, we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Focus: Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
