Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy within the system.
- Inspect and maintain a clean, organized work environment to minimize hazards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping issues.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for all outgoing packages.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) as required.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
