Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update stock records efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED preferred; previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
