Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient loading and unloading of freight using various material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Ensure proper documentation and labeling of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not always required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
