Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in designated areas for efficient processing.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by checking counts, labels, and damage status.
- Package and label items accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and label verification.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training provided on-site.
