Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of freight trucks to maintain daily schedules.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to pick, pack, and ship orders accurately.
- Inspect equipment and safety gear to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve workflow bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
