Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics issues and optimize workflows
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines during all operations
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety-first practices
- Flexibility to work evenings (10 PM - 6 AM) and occasional weekends
- Valid state ID or driver's license for equipment operation training
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
