Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Prepare orders for shipping by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer specifications.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high standards of product presentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (data entry).
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to the specific role).
