Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently during the night shift.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to verify inventory and process orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer demands.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
