Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning, counting, and logging stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to meet daily production targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and ensure all packaging meets company and regulatory standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail are essential.
