Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Support loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Valid driver's license (equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to Crystal Drive location
