Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products to and from designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify quantities against packing lists.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock organization and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
