Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure product availability.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and verify accuracy of packages.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure smooth operations during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Availability: Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
