Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package products for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Support loading/unloading of trucks in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to night shift location
