Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely operate material handling equipment to move pallets and packages to and from trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products to ensure order accuracy and meet daily targets.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure seamless operations during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED certification is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
