Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move stock to and from trailers.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise to meet daily shipping targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Keep Areas Organized: Sweep, mop, and organize the warehouse aisles to maintain a professional environment.
- Assist with Audits: Participate in regular inventory counts and stockroom organization projects.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and understand English for safety instructions.
