Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts according to company protocols
- Inspect products for quality assurance and proper packaging before shipment
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete required documentation and reporting accurately and on time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new warehouse technologies
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and occasional weekends
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
