Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory.
- Load and Unload Goods: Ensure timely and accurate loading of trucks and unloading of incoming shipments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels by performing regular cycle counts and audits.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Organize Warehouse: Keep the warehouse tidy and organized to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory handling.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are required.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
