Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with safety protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while maintaining product integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following 5S standards
- Operate automated warehouse systems with precision
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
