Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Documentation: Ability to read and understand basic safety labels and work instructions.
