Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move products throughout the facility.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to daily production schedules.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and meet targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in data entry and physical tasks.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
