Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from the staging areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are securely wrapped and labeled.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors before processing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Workspace Organization: Keep the work area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
