Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Care: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training is provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the facility.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
