What You Will Do
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse. Your attention to detail will ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and scanning of orders to meet daily shipping targets.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve logistical challenges and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
