Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure stock organization is efficient and safe.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and hand trucks as required by training.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to meet daily production goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Math & Tech: Comfortable with basic computer navigation and reading labels.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- High School Diploma: General education required; GED accepted.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in various environments (climate controlled) and adapt to changing schedules.
