Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for delivery using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming stock against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning devices and warehouse management software to track inventory levels.
- Prepare and label packages for outbound shipping with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
