Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Package and label items securely for shipment, ensuring all orders meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
