Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems, ensuring safe operation at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to keep stock levels current and accurate.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago facility.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts and holidays as needed.
