Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity during night shifts.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading trucks and verifying shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and flexible hours as needed.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
