Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy to ensure satisfaction.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are up-to-date and attractive.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist in inventory management and loss prevention activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required.
