Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and performing regular audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Monitor product displays and suggest add-on sales to increase average transaction value.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
