Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience during peak weekend hours.
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and checkout processes.
- Restock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional displays and special weekend events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for early shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
